Greater London Ladies

  

It seems that many counties, while they don’t ignore, their Ladies, they certainly do not receive much coverage or mention. Yet they too go to all the shoots, braving all kinds of weather in an attempt to win, not only for themselves but for their counties. 

It would be fantastic to let you all get to know of the Greater London Ladies, to inform you which discipline they shoot and how they are progressing.

I would like to write a little about some of you Greater London Ladies, to inform you all which discipline they shoot, how they are progressing and inspire others to shoot for God’s own County.  So please get in touch, send a photo, let us know how you are doing, if you intend to enter any of the competitions or if you do not already shoot for the county why not come and try? 

 

If you would like to represent the County at either South East Region or National Inter Counties for the 2009 season please make yourself know to the team managers  

 

South East Region IC is for one Lady (you can of course also be part of the senior team)

National IC is a team of three ladies.

Selection priority will go to those taking part in County Championships

Sandie Buckler

A committe member for GLN County and secretary for the Southeast Region for 26 years.

Trap shooting's her game with a bit of Helice ZZ. So many Championships, too many to list, "but not so many these days!!" (Quote Sandie)

Sandie has made the Great Britain Helice team 5 times

A committee member for GLN and multi talented shot.

2008 achieved the following Ladies titles, Double Trap, Helice ZZ, Single Barrel, Olympic Trap and ABT.
