      Sunday 8th March 2009     KINGSFERRY
      Sunday 15th March 2009   DARTFORD
      Sunday 22nd March 2009   KINGSFERRY
Your best 3 scores from 4 results will count- Shoot well and be lucky !

The Kingsferry Gun Club would like you to know that a booking system is now in operation.  You can book your time for the next competition for the day you shoot thus always ensuring you get a time to suit you.   Things are looking up at Kingsferry with them getting busier every week so a booking system seems a much needed thing.

A really good day with very little wind saw some excellent scores come in.  Scott Piper was the first to show with the only 100 of the day although things were looking promising in another squad with Steve Burrows and Chris Strange 50 straight at the half way mark.  Sadly they faded at 97 each.  Darren Wood put in a respectable 98 with Mark Chesson close by with a 97.

8th FEBRUARY 2009 - KINGSFERRY GUN CLUB - 100 ENGLISH SKEET

HIGH GUN   Jason Adams 100
AA 1st John Biggs 99
  2nd Johnny Walker 98
  " John Watson 98
A 1st Dave Record 97
  2nd Alan Archer 96
  " Steve Roberts 96
B 1st Alex Gaskill 97
C 1st Steve Burrows 94

Surprisingly good weather when you look at what we've had to put up with over the past couple of weeks.  No wind.  No rain.  The 'birds' were good and indeed every one was surprised the scores were so low.
Jason Adams got his 3rd 100 straight in 6 months.  He really does shoot well and we are all proud of the Kingsferry Junior who has worked so hard to acheive this standard.  Keep going Jason - maybe the British this year ?
Nice to see John Biggs shooting scores we have all seen him shoot so regularly in the past.  Of course you can't keep Johnny Walker out of the frame - nice 98 Johnny !
How Dave Record manages to keep his scores in the high nineties no one knows.
Respectable score for Alex Gaskill.  Didn't think it would take him long to get back to the form we know he's capable of.
A mention here about Steve Burrows ( just a shame he comes from Essex ) shooting nice consistent scores.  It won't be long before he rises up in the classes.
As always a good show from the Kingsferry crew - thanks Alan, Dave and Norman (27 entries).
Quote of the week goes to Steve Roberts "Shoot well,  work hard but above all enjoy yourself"

1st FEBRUARY 2009 - DARTFORD CSC - 100 ENGLISH SKEET

Apologies - waiting for scores and reports from Dartford.
