South East DTL Championship - 8th September 2019

A beautiful day and good turn out for the South East DTL championship at Mayland and District Gun Club saw some great scores across all categories as expected in such great conditions. After 5 hours of competition, Charlie Madden was crowned Colt Champion with a fantastic 99/194, Jordan Steward won Juniors, Karen Allen was Ladies Champion, Bill Logan (snr) won Veterans and Toby Bean of Essex Blew the competition away with his 1st ever 100/300 very deservedly giving him the overall champion title and high gun.

It was a great day, enjoyed by all and run smoothly in conjunction with the DTL re-entry and Double rise competitions which all went like clockwork thanks to the management, admin and referee team at Mayland Gun Club. Worth a mention is Mitch Hill who in C Class shot his 1st 100 straight and scored a very impressive 295 (watch out Mitch, B Class is calling).
