November & December Pull! Report - 2019

Well it’s almost the end of another full year of shooting. It’s surprising how quickly the write up for the November/December edition comes round. Firstly, a thank you to all those shooters, team captains and committee who have submitted write-up for the Pull! magazine. Without your input we wouldn’t be able to share Norfolk’s successes and rising stars. To all Norfolk shooters please continue to send in your achievements to keithbarter@ mxgb.com and we will endeavour to ensure they are put in to the next edition. Please note that this may not be the next month as there deadlines for which reports are submitted and these are normally a month in advance of the edition, for example I’m writing this in September for November/December. Well done to all of Norfolk’s shooters who have been selected for England this year, as a county we are proud of you and wish you every success in the 2020 selections. For one Norfolk Junior shooter this year has had highs and lows, but some fantastic opportunities. Elise Dixon has had the privilege of representing Great Britain for Olympic Trap at the Junior World Cup, England at the Home Internationals and, after a very wet and windy weekend, secured the Junior Lady bronze at British Shootings Grand Final. As the season comes to an end, shooters will be taking a different approach to the winter. Whatever you are doing, be it training, competing in the different Winter Series on offer or taking a well-earned break and some time with family, we look forward to seeing what 2020 holds for Norfolk.
