"All Regional and County Team members are reminded that they MUST be fully paid-up members of the CPSA as per rule 1.17 Booklet 5 - General Rules & Regulations. Membership of any other organisation (when not a CPSA member) does not give an entitlement to shoot for any Regional or County Team. Each Team member must also be ordinarily resident in the relevant Region or County."
