National Inter Counties

 

The defending Yorkshire senior team of Andy Parsons (captain), Steve Leppington, Gary Cooke, Paul Dodd, Ross Elgie and Jon Caine put in yet another amazing performance to win for the sixth consecutive year - well done all!

The Veteran team of Darryl Taylor, Roger Beaumont and Eric Bell were third as was the ladies team of Wendy Taylor and Sue Barratt.

 

Belvoir Trophy - Nottingham

The 3 Yorkshire Titans fought it out again on the last squad of the day. Andy Parsons finished on 99 but Steve Leppington and Gary Cooke both posted 100 straight. This gave the Veteran Trophy back to Steve for the second year in a row, then Steve and Gary battled for the main trophy in a shoot off which saw Gary take the win in fading light.

 

Nottingham Skeet Challenge Trophy 

 

The raiding party from Yorkshire headed south again for this annual shoot. Steve Leppington posted the only 100 of the day to win the trophy and AA class. Well done Steve! Gary Cooke, shooting a gun he bought yesterday, missed 2 in the first round to finish on 98 took joint 2nd place with Ross Elgie and Pete Collins. Pete was 1st in A class. Another impressive day for the 'Tykes'!!
