2019 has been a frustrating year with no one from the Skeet community coming forward to take the position of Skeet Manager.  We would like to say a big thank you to Tony Heeks for stepping in & picking up this role.  We are hopeful that going forward a Skeet Manager will be forthcoming otherwise there will be no team co-ordination during 2020.

 

In light of this though we had some great successes from the Ladies Skeet Team at the English Open in May with:

 

Liz Shanks 1st B Class with 98 ex100

Becky Clarey taking Ladies & Junior High Gun 98 ex100

 

Andy Parsons shot a 99 ex100 taking the Runner up of the Match title.

 

British Open Skeet in August

Regional Ladies Team was won by the wonderful team of Becky Clarey, Samantha Rhodes and Ruth Carr scored 187 ex200

 

Gary Cooke took Runner Up with 99 ex100 +25+12

Robert Jones took A class 1st with a 99 ex 100

 

National Inter Counties in October

Garry Cooke scored 100 ex100 to take overall High Gun

Yorkshire also won the Senior Team category with 491/500
