THE BATTLE OF THE NORTH – 100 REG ENGLISH SKEET

Now that we have selection shoots and championships for the north region in place, I am pleased to announce a new skeet competition we will be bringing to you this year.

The ‘Battle of the North’ will take place on 5^th April 2020 at Bywell Shooting Ground same day as the 2^nd North Region selection shoots and the north region county championships.

The 3 top scores from each county taking part at the selection shoot that day will be used to calculate a score out of 300. The county with the highest total out of 300 wins the county prize. At least 3 shooters from a county should participate in order for the county to be considered in the competition results. You do not need to register full squads from each county as only the 3 highest scores from each county will count.

Victory Cartridges are generously sponsoring the competition with 250 cartridges for each member of the winning county (3x250) and 250 cartridges for each category (Ladies, Colts, Juniors, Seniors).

Make sure you call the ground for bookings if you haven’t done so already.

Hopefully the competition won’t be affected by the coronavirus, it all depends on government and CPSA guidelines.
