Following a request from the ground (EYCSG - Beverley) all the 2021 skeet County Championships - with the exception of Merseyside - have been rescheduled to Sunday 30th May 2021. 

 

The reasons for the change is to attempt to maximize entries as this is another opportunity for our skeet shooters to get 'their eyes back in' after the lengthy lockdown from competitive shooting caused by COVID, and will be an ideal event to loosen up prior to the skeet English Open at Eriswell Lodge the following weekend. 

 

The change also allows the ground more flexibility in their shoot programme, in what is now turning out to be a very condensed season.

 

It is not thought that the date will significantly impact on other events taking place on that date, such as the English Sporting selection shoot at Bywell the same weekend (2 days), or the Olympic Skeet European Championships in Croatia.

 

The ground have been notified that the request has been approved.
