Edward Armett from Cockett Farm secured 2 silver medals at the World DTL Championships in New Zealand in mid March.  Shooting as part of the England team, the Junior team secured team Silver after the first 2 days / 200 targets.  The individual competition continues for a further day for a total of 900 points / 300 targets. Edward continued his good form of the first 2 days to finish day 3 with a 100-298 for a total of 299-889.  Missing only one target in the 3 days this earned him Silver in the Juniors, missing out on gold by just 2 points.  The junior category was very hard fought with the eventual winner 3rd in the overall event and Edward placing 6th overall.
