Shropshire CPSA Members - Memorial Shoots

Dear Members,

We are now well into the clay season and the committee are getting all the various shoots organised. We welcome any assistance you can provide and encourage lots of support for our Memorial Shoots and County Championships to come. We will use email and other media to get information to you, plus of course Pull! Please do spread the word to others and encourage them to have a go in these shoots, plus county and regional competitions.

Please try to make these Memorial Shoots to remember all past members no longer with us and to contribute to county funds via levies (£2 per shoot) that pay for medals, caps (for new caps) and other items that we support. The first Memorial Shoot is at Kegworth SG on the 19^th June 2022, which is very soon!

Memorial Shoots plus County Sporting and Sportrap Championships

• Sunday 19th June 2022, Malcolm Langham Memorial Shoot, Kegworth SG
• Saturday 23rd July 2022, Barry Edwards Memorial Shoot, West Midlands SG

• Sunday 11th September 2022, West Midlands Inter-Counties Sporting and Lawrence Wright Memorial Shoot for Shropshire High Gun on the day. Please note this is the same date and location for the West Midlands Area Sportrap and Shropshire County Sportrap Championship. Westfields SG.
• Saturday 22nd October, Shropshire County Sporting Championship, West Midlands SG

NB: Team Selections – let the Team Manager, or me, know if you want to shoot for any team and that you are available! We are currently picking teams based on averages, rankings, current form, and availability – no one is ruled in, or ruled out, until we have a full team!
