Clubman 2022

Please note that this years Clubman event will be taking place at Garlands Shooting Ground on Saturday 27th August.

Please contact your County Sporting Team Manager for more details.

The rules are as below:

CLUBMAN RULES:

The Clubman team of 12 is to be made up of 4 x A class, 4 x B class and 4 x C class shooters
with 4 prizes on offer. Best team by class and best overall county team. All four scores to count.
Shooters will be chosen based on their performance of either selection shoots or rankings,
depending on each counties policy.
The class you represent for the Clubman event will be based on the second cut off in that year
irrespective of any movement in class after that period whether up or down. Cut off for 2022 is
issue 66, 30/4/2022.
If you have been chosen to represent any county in any discipline at inter county level you will
not be eligible to take part in the Clubman event
The Clubman event, a 100 bird sporting shoot, will be held at different grounds from year to
year and where possible be held within the West Midlands area.
Representatives from the seven West Midlands counties may be asked to help at the event in a
general manner.
In the order of fair play and comradery squads of 6 will have no more than two from any one
county where possible.
As the West Midlands counties support this initiative to encourage more shooters from all classes
to get involved at inter county level, we hope in time that this will become a national competition
where the class and overall winning counties will compete.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with any of the West Midlands
committee members.

Received from Miles Machin.
