Cheshire Wins National Inter-Counties Skeet Title 2017

Well what a fantastic end to the 2017 Skeet competition season with Cheshire winning the National Inter Counties (Senior category) competition held at the National Clay Shooting Centre at Bisley.
Many thanks to the fifteen shooters who travelled down to take part in the competition, in what was a very windy two-day event.
The Cheshire Skeet team has grown to be a great force in the Skeet shooting scene this year and put in a tremendous winning score to knock a very strong Yorkshire team off the podium. A special thank you goes out to Mr Jim Rogers, retiring Skeet Team Manager, for all his hard work and dedication over the last two years, which has been a major factor in building a successful Cheshire Skeet team.
The winning team members deserve massive congratulations for a fantastic team achievement. Well done to Ian Cunliffe, Mike Sargeson, Kevin O’Reilly, Christian Bethel, Colin Babcock and Kevin Barnett.
