And the winner is?

Kevin Howarth and Cheshire County Committee

What a night at the CPSA annual awards and dinner. Cheshire County Committee were once again put forward by their members for this award and for the second year running Cheshire won against stiff opposition from Oxfordshire and our neighbours (or South Cheshire) Shropshire, who have done a wonderful job over the previous year.

 

The icing on the cake for Cheshire and all our friends though was that our dear friend Kevin Howarth posthumously took top spot of volunteer of the year, and with Karen Howarth and family there to receive the award it just made it a fantastic night and one that will not be forgotten for a long time.

 

We would like to thank the CPSA for a great night and the Belfry Hotel for once again putting on a superb meal, but most of all a very well done to all who were nominated for the awards. Winner or not it is a great achievement just to make it to the last three, well done.
