CHESHIRE ESP 3RD SELECTION SHOOT - GARLANDS SG - 19th MAY 2019
The third ESP Selection shoot of 2019 was held at Garlands SG on the 19th May 2019 and thirty one, (Levy paid) Cheshire entries (No Lady entrants this day) took to the field on a 12 stand course set by Steve Lovatt. The weather was clear and bright with the occasional little breeze. There was a fantastic variety of clays, mini, midi, rabbit, High Towers and orange blaze with tests of ability on each stand. Angles, varying speeds and range targets were the menu of the day.
It is fair to say that some found this more difficult than others, as the scores reflected but there were some tremendous scores from Steve Randles on an excellent 96, Guy Robinson on 89, Fred Whitehurst (Junior) on 89, Mike Holland (Vet) on 88 and Scott Barnett on 88.
Very well shot to you all. Thank you to each and everyone of you for your attendance and we now look forwards to our fourth Selection shoot at Orston SG on the 16th June 2019 where I hope that there will be as many, if not more of you, there.
Continued good shooting,
Paul Ellis - ESP Manager.
