EAST MIDLANDS JUNIORS TRIUMPH

I’m happy to report of more regional success, this time it was the Junior Skeet team that did the business at the recent British Open Skeet Championships at Bisley. The team of Ashley Sharman (Northants) 95, Kyle Woodhall Cross (Norfolk) 94 and Sam Person (Leics) 94 beat all comers to have a team total of 283/300 and take the British Junior Team title.

The Senior team managed a commendable third place with a team score of 966/1000, five clays behind runners up West Midlands and a further five clays behind eventual winners the North of England.

John has asked me to pass on his thanks to all the team members for shooting and representing the Region with such credit.
