CHRIS IS DRIVEN TO VICTORY

Last Sunday one of our own Chris Morris who is the Chairman of Cambridgeshire CPSA won the English Open Skeet Doubles title at Northampton Shooting Ground.

Chris recorded the perfect score by clearing up all 100 targets to push past a trio of leaders on 99, Alan Warren from Surrey was the early leader and he was soon joined by Nick Marsden from Warwickshire, later in the day Stevie Roberts from Greater London joined in to give a congested feel to the top of the leader board, and just as talk was going round the ground of a mouth-watering three way shoot off for the English, Chris weaved his magic to take the title.

Congratulations to Chris for his wonderful achievement which could be considered even more remarkable as he was representing Cambs in the morning at Nottingham & District in the Regional Intercounties DTL although we are fairly sure Chris was probably sleeping on the journey down as Hazel chauffeured Chris to victory.
