East Midlands Feature in CPSA Annual Awards

Joy Hirons - Nominated for Clay Shooter of the Year 2013

Many congratulations to Taylor Hedgecock from Cambridgeshire who has been nominated for Young Shot of the Year sponsored by Browning.

Taylor is well known countrywide for his many achievements in his favoured discipline of Sporting.

Also up for a potential award is Adrian Last from Suffolk in the Disabled Shooter of the Year award sponsored by Easy Hit.

In the category Club/ Ground of the Year sponsored Promatic we have the popular Nottingham & District Gun Club representing the region, their opposition is Fauxdegla & Southdown.

Last but certainly not least we have Skeet shooter Joy Hirons from Leicestershire in the category of Clay Shooter of the year sponsored by the publication Clay Shooter. Joy is keeping some very lofty company in the guise of multi World Champion George Digweed and Olympic Gold medallist Peter Wilson.

The awards ceremony will be held on Saturday evening after the National AGM in Swindon and on behalf of the region we would like to wish all the nominees the very best of luck.
