EAST MIDLANDS INTERCOUNTIES NEWS

More good news for shooters in our region is that I’ve been advised that Phil Moss at Barrow Heath has extended the East Midlands CPSA Inter Counties FITASC to include Saturday 26^th Sept; this is in addition to the already scheduled Sunday 27^th September.

Phil is also keen to emphasise that the shoot is open to everyone, not just team members from the eight counties of our region but individuals as well; a warm welcome is also extended to shooters from out of region, so the message is if you shoot FITASC come along to Barrow Heath and enjoy the shoot.

Looking at our 1^st Intercounties shoot this year, the English Sporting at Kegworth, this is also over 2 days, 15^th & 16^th August and will be for the first time ever be shot over 120 targets.

There is a superb High Gun of £200 plus a guaranteed prize fund of at least £1,320, not only that but the normal East Midlands levy on this shoot will be paid for by Kegworth Shooting Ground, so that’s just £36 Birds Only entry for 120 targets shot over what for many will be new ground, as John has recently opened up more land to shoot on.

Once again this shoot is open to all shooters regardless of county or region, and will not be squaded.
