East Midlands Shooters Dominate BOESP

STEVE BRIGHTWELL (LEICS) - BRITISH OPEN SPORTING CHAMPION

Once again our regions shooters dominated the prize giving at the British Open Sporting held at Garlands over the last few days, with achievements almost too numerous to mention, one man stood head and shoulders over the rest, Steve Brightwell from Leicestershire who came away with a haul of trophies including Overall British Sporting Champion, Combined Champion (BOESP & BOSTR), 2 Vets HG trophies, plus a Zoli Gun for his efforts, and a Runner Up trophy in the British Open Sport Trap.

Congratulations from everyone in the East Midlands to Steve.

Congratulations once again to Team Manager Richard Hunter and the East Midlands Sporting team who executed the perfect week by winning all four of the team titles in the Inter Regional Team Championships.

The four teams all won comfortably and it is difficult to recall the last time the region failed to win all the team titles…….…well done to all those involved.
