Shot in glorious sunshine at Grange Farm, and it came as no surprise that Ben Husthwaite (Leics) ran out the overall winner on an impressive 93, two shots clear of nearest rival Glen Spalding (Cambs), who in turn was three targets in front of bronze medal winner Joe Smith (Northants).

In ladies, Emma Nelson (Northants) retained her title for the third year running with a score of 72, Rebecca Elmore (Beds) was second, and Kirstin Vogel (Northants) third.

In Vets a three-way tie had to be decided via countback, with Richard Watkins (Leics), Arnie Heister (Leics) and Barry Coleman (Notts) finishing all square on 77, Richard ran out the winner, with Arnie runner up and Barry having to settle for the bronze medal.

In juniors Bobby Murray (Leics) won his first regional title on 82, he was well clear of second place finisher Kirstin Vogel (Northants), with Lucy Hadfield (Leics) picking up her first regional medal in third.
