East Midlands Intercounties ZZ Helice
NEW FOR 2019, THE EAST MIDLANDS INTERCOUNTIES ZZ HELICE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Following a suggestion by the representatives of Cambridgeshire CPSA to the East Midlands CPSA Regional committee and considering the record entry at the East Midlands Regional ZZ Helice Championships held at Rugby & District TC last season, it has been decided for 2019 to hold an East Midlands Intercounties ZZ Helice Championships.
The event will take place at Rugby & District TC on April 28th, 2019 and will run alongside the existing East Midlands Regional Championships and will be costed at £39 per “Birds Only” entry which will allow shooters to be eligible for both competitions, there will also be an East Midlands levy of £2 per shooter regardless of county or regional membership status.
The entry price also covers the cost of three practice targets per shooter.
Team entry will only be allowed from the eight-member counties of the East Midlands. Teams will consist of a maximum of 6 persons and a minimum of 3 persons and they can be made up from a mixture of any category, e.g. Senior, Lady, Veteran and Junior.
3 scores only will count to reach a team’s final score.
TROPHIES & PRIZE FUND
A magnificent cup sponsored by TM Bark of Norfolk and valued at over £300 will be presented to the winning County team.
A sponsored prize fund of £250 will be shared amongst the members of the winning County team.
Engraved crystal tankards will be presented to each member of the winning County team.
A superb engraved trophy will be presented to the individual High Gun irrespective if they are shooting for a County team or not.
Plus, there will also be prize money from the individual part of the event for those wanting to shoot “Competition” and it will be dependent on the entry numbers.

In addition, 250 World Cup Express will be presented to the East Midlands High Gun, providing they have shot Express cartridges during the event.
For those wishing to take part in this aspect of the competition, Express cartridges will be available for purchase on the day from Rugby & District TC.
