RUSSELL HOUGHTON

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the tragic death of Russell Houghton from Norfolk last Sunday. Russell was one of his county's most successful trap shooters, having won many county, inter-county and regional titles over the years.
He was Norfolk Supreme Champion in 2017 and again in 2018 having won the DTL and D/R High Gun titles. He was a familiar face at the grounds around the region and often competed in the Norfolk County ABT and DTL teams, regularly helping them to victory.
He was a very popular person and friend to many who will be sorely missed.
Our sincere condolences to his parents Pat and Linda, brother Neil and partner Gemma. Our thoughts are with you at this sad time.
His funeral is to be held at Mintlyn Crematorium, King's Lynn on Thursday 18th July at 11.30am.
No flowers, by request, but donations may be given to St Mary's Church, Crimplesham and Guide Dogs for the Blind. All are welcome to attend the wake which will be held after the funeral service at The Hare Arms, Stow Bardolph.
