HELD AT NCSC ON SUNDAY 18TH SEPTEMBER

Our ABT team managers, Gary and Saira Boardman, are to be applauded for not only persuading enough people to make up a team to make the long trip south for this event but also for persuading those for which ABT is not their normal specialism to take part.  Donovan Jenkin shoots Helice, rather well as it happens, as evidenced by the bronze medal he took away from the World Helice championship in Sicily recently.  Chris Bone is a skeet shooter although he has come over to the dark side more recently but fair play to all the team for representing Lincolnshire.  NCSC is not the easiest ground to shoot so for us to come away with some accolades is very commendable indeed.  Our ladies team, Jackie Houghton and Saira Boardman were the winners of their category pushing Berkshire into second place by 7 targets.  Jackie also claimed ladies high gun on 76 by a much tighter margin as Anne Phillips finished just 1 target back.  Marvin Houghton's score of 90 gave him the B class win.
