23rd Sept 2018 Merseyside County English Sporting Championships held at Catton Hall, after a week of terrible weather I'm pleased to report conditions were good on the whole although tad chilly and a little windy, but the rain held off most of the day with just a brief shower in the late afternoon. For the first time that I can certainly remember with a full complement of categories took part, colts junior ladies vets and seniors. Dave Walker took the county championship with a credible 87 vets Chris Ellis lady shooter was N Young colt James Southwood and junior Ben Edwards. Many thanks to Catton Hall as always for a great day.
