The South East of England Olympic Skeet Championship was held courtesy of Southend Gun Club

Sunday was a scorcher we all got burnt.

Here are the results of the competition.

Champions photo attached all other winners disappeared before I got the camera out.

Junior;                 Stanley Baughan       Bucks          90/100

Sunday 14^th July SE of England Olympic Skeet at Southend Gun Club

Only twelve entrants to this competition, the day started very hot no wind to worry about but dehydration was a big issue, there was some excellent shooting with Mark Billington taking the spoils with 94/100 followed closely by Rob Humphreys with 92/100, Stanley Baughan also close behind with 90/100.

Sarah Gray taking the Ladies prize with 83/100 with Vicky Humphreys one target behind 82/100, Stanley Baughan had no opposition as Junior, and Phil Butcher had to fight off Jonathan Davidson for the Veteran’s title.

All that attended enjoyed the event even in the blistering heat.
