SE of England Olympic Skeet Championships

Held at Southend Gun Club

8^th July 2018

 

The day was perfect with clear skies no wind and lots of sun,

Unfortunately there were only a few shooters at this prestigious event, even though the event was enjoyed by all.

The ranges were, as usual, in immaculate condition even though we have had little or no rain for some time.

Eight entrants enjoyed the event with Nigel Barnes completing a 78/100 winning the Championship and also taking the Veterans prize, 

Vicky Humphreys taken the Ladies prize with 77/100 just one target behind the Champion.

Owen Lewis a newcomer to Olympic Skeet winning the Colt prize with 71/100.

Junior:No Entrant

Veteran:     Nigel Barnes 78/100

Colt:           Owen Lewis 71/100
