A very wet Orston Shooting Ground was the venue for the Skeet Doubles County Championship on Sunday 22nd September 2019.

18 of our County Shooters braved the weather to battle it out for the county prizes. Tom Clifford showed his skeet pedigree once again by retaining the High Gun Title and the AA Class with an excellent 94 just one point ahead of Neil Howard, who had to settle for the C Class Trophy. Hayley Denoon also retained her title in Ladies with 89, Rennie Lowbridge was top in Veterans on 91. There were no Juniors unfortunately but Matt Hall & Mathew Armett battled it out in Colts yet again, Mathew Armett won this round with an excellent 89.

Darren Watkinson added the B Class Title to his list of County accomplishments for this year scoring 87 and Adrian Snell claimed the A Class prize with 89.
