Supreme Championship Results 2022
Welcome to the Nottinghamshire CPSA County Supreme Championship!
Introduction
The Supreme Championship is held every year in Nottinghamshire, with all Nottinghamshire CPSA full competition members entitled to be entered. The Supreme Championship isn't a separate shooting event, but is a competition based on how shooters perform in the individual County Championships for the following disciplines:
- English Sporting
- English Skeet
- Down the Line
- All Round
- Automatic Ball Trap
- Sportrap
- Skeet Doubles
Shooters do not have to enter all the County Championships but must enter a minimum of four to qualify for the Supreme Championship. If a shooter enters more than four events then it is the best four placings that will count towards the Supreme Championship placing.
The Supreme Championship has an overall winner (The Supreme Champion), who can be from any CPSA Class or Category. There are also individual winners in each of the CPSA categories of Senior, Ladies, Veterans, Super Veterans, Juniors and Colts.
Prizes
The are no prize monies awarded for the Supreme Championship, but the overall winner and each of the category winners will receive a trophy from the respective sponsor along with some very nice Nottinghamshire County goodies such as sweatshirts and badges. The winners names will also be displayed on special Supreme Championship commemerative honours boards at Nottingham and District Gun Club and Orston Shooting Ground.
The Supreme Champion will in addition be given three free targets only entries to the following year's County Championship shoots that are held within the County but excluding FITASC, with each of the category winners being given two free entries.
