Orston hosted the Sportrap Championship, again shared with Lincolnshire. Run over two days, 9^th & 10^th June, it attracted 167 entrants, 50 of those from Nottinghamshire – a fantastic turnout.

It was a challenging championship with many of our county guns being tested. Tom Gibson was the overall High Gun with 92, followed by Andrew Beamish & David Grayson on 90, a score that gives David the Veterans HG and Andrew the AA Title.

George Goodson won the Junior HG with 82 and Megan Gamble again won the Ladies HG with 76.

Ricky Croshaw collected the A Class Title on 89 and there was a tie for B with Kev Warner & George Heath both scoring 87.Mike Chiakli rounded off the classes winning C Class with 82.
