Minutes

Vice Chairman: 

                        It was agreed that David Smith should take over as vice chairman.

 

Treasurer's Report:

                        £1497 in the bank, £80 still to come out for Sporting Challenge.

 

Secretary's Report:

                        The All Round county championship is at  Brook Bank on Good Friday. Urchfont have agreed to charge juniors half price for this year’s competitions.

 

County Championships:

The dates for this year’s championships are currently:

• ESP – Urchfont – 24/9/17
• ESK – Gloucester - TBD
• OSK – Gloucester - TBD
• SB – Urchfont – 13/8/17
• DTL – Urchfont – 23/7/17
• FITASC – Gunsite – 26/3/17
• Sportrap – Barbury – 3/9/17
• ABT – Brook bank - TBD
• UT – Brook bank - TBD
• OT – Brook bank - TBD
• A/R – Brook bank – 14/4/17

 

 

Sporting Challenge:

            The dates for this year’s Sporting Challenge are:

• Widdington – TBD
• Barbury – 27^th August
• Urchfont – 24^th September
• Gunsite – 8^th October

 

AOB:

            Paul Barrett’s ideas for getting more people into team events were discussed. It was recommended that the ideas should be pushed up to the Regional committee.

                        To be held on March 27^th 2017 at the George and Dragon in Potterne at 8pm.
