Skeet Doubles Championships 2026

 

The Eriswell Lodge Wednesday evening Championships continued this year with the second installment of Skeet Doubles on the 24th June. Previously held by Stuart Smith over the last few years, but this year there was to be a new name on the trophy!

Early scores were coming in in the high 40's from out of county, with Ben Woodham leading the Suffolk group on a 41. Ot wasn't until later on in the evening that Daren Parsons and Robbie Manning submitted 48's each to tie for 1st position, requiring a shoot off to determine the winner - with Robbie already assured the Veterans title.

After sudden death pairs on stations 3, 4, & 5, Daren emerged as the winner, securing the Skeet Doubles County Title for 2026! Sadly there were no Ladies competing this year, but young George Woodham secured the Junior Title!
