Chairman - Paul Gendall Paul has been involved in shooting in some form from a very young age. This helped him forge a rewarding career in Deer Management and experience some beautiful scenery and from Cornwall, to the Highlands of Scotland. Paul currently works as a full-time Shooting Instructor at West London Shooting School. |

Vice Chairman - Chris Douneen Chris has been shooting game and clay targets for more than 46 years and enjoys all disciplines. During the late 1990s and into 2000, Chris was selected to shoot Olympic Trap for the England team and had the pleasure of competing at Loch Ness! Chris has competed far and wide across the UK, picking up titles in five different disciplines across four separate counties. Today, Chris lists English Sporting as his favourite disicpline and competes in AAA Class.2000 . When away from the shooting ranges, Chris enjoys fishing and stalking and is involved in a small game shoot. Chris is semi-retired but enjoys instructing at Purdey Royal Berkshire and previously worked at West London Shooting School. |

Secretary - Philip Montague Philip took up clay target shooting over four years ago, starting just before the COVID pandemic. Philip is an enthusiastic FITASC competitor and also enjoys the community spirit of the game experience. Philip brings more than 20 years of marketing experience and is keen to use his digital marketing skills to help others document and share their shooting journeys.

Treasurer - Richard Bodley-Scott Richard has been a keen clay target shooter for over 40 years, and enjoys all disciplines, particularly sporting and skeet. Richard's favourite discipline is Olympic Skeet, and he has represented England as a member of the Olympic Skeet team - he currently holds the Vets Champion title! Richard is the Berkshire Olympic Skeet rep. Richard is a CPSA Level 2 coach and is passionate about coaching and encouraging more people into the sport. Away from the ranges, Richard enjoys sailing and spending time at the coast. |
