Minutes of Meeting held at Ramada Hotel Tuesday 17th January 2012

3.      Treasurers Report

 

Bank balance was  £2,736.91 after payment of the £250 payment to the Angel Centre for the 2011 AGM in February.

 

4.       Pull Magazine

Roger Hoad is happy to continue producing the Kent write up however needs stories and photographs from members. Stories etc can be sent to DM via email for him to forward. Roger has subsequently notified DM that he is no longer prepared to do this.

 

5.       2012 Kent Championships

Kent 2012 CPSA championship applications considered. Championships to be held at the following clubs ;

Helice  -  Invicta Gun Club

FITASC  -  Southdown

Double Rise  -  Maylands

DTL  -  Kent Gun Club (Dartford)

Single Barrel  -  Kent Gun Club (Dartford)

Universal Trap  -  NSC (Bisley)

Double Trap  -  NSC (Bisley)

Olympic Trap  -  NSC (Bisley)

ABT  -  NSC (Bisley)

Sporting  -  Caterham

All Round  -  Dartford Clay Shooting Club

Sport Trap  -  Kingsferry Gun Club

Olympic Skeet  -  Kingsferry Gun Club

English Skeet  -  Kingsferry Gun Club

Skeet Doubles  -  Dartford Clay Shooting Club

 

Due to threats made against John,  the Committee felt they were unable to grant shoots to Dartford unless assurance by way of a signed undertaken from Peter Duffield  (owner of Dartford) that John and Gordon would be allowed to attend and partake in these shoots as well as having access to the grounds facilities was received. If this undertaking was not received then the committee would have to consider awarding the shoots to another ground.

DM would draft a letter to Dartford requesting this.

 

6.        2012 Kent Selection Shoots

GL to arrange Trap team selections.

SH to arrange Helice team selections.

PK has arranged two selection shoots for the Kent Sporting team, first to be held at Greenfields 4th March, the second at Abbey 18th March. Both non registered, best score to count.

English Skeet – Two shoots to be held at Kingsferry and Two at Dartford dates to be confirmed. Best two scores to count plus Kent Championship score.
