STAFFORDSHIRE CPSA TROPHIES

The Staffordshire CPSA Trophy Manager is responsible for the purchasing and distribution of all County Championship trophies in conjunction with the Treasurer and Team Managers, as appropriate.

The committee will endeavour to make trophies available in all disciplines and categories.

If there is no pre-existing trophy, a minimum of three entrants in Veterans, Ladies and Juniors are required for a new trophy to be purchased.  The minimum number of entries is six in the category of Seniors.

 

Trophy Manager Duties

- Keep a register of all Staffordshire CPSA trophies including their location.

- In agreement with the Committee and in consultation with the Treasurer, purchase new trophies as required.

- Liaise with team managers so that individual trophy winners are presented with their trophy, ideally at the event where the trophy was won.

- Ensure that any trophy issued is signed for using the “Staffordshire CPSA Trophy Winner” form, with a copy issued to the recipient as well as retained by the TM.

- See that all trophies are returned to the TM, having been suitably engraved, in time to be issued to the next recipient.

 

AIl trophy recipients must agree to:

- Pay the appropriate levy for the County Championship they are taking part in.

- Keep the trophy in their care.

- Take responsibility for engraving the trophy with their name.

- Take responsibility for the repair or replacement of the trophy in event of any damage or loss whilst in their care.

- Return the trophy to the Staffordshire CPSA Trophy Manager and/or Team Manager upon request at a mutually agreed venue and date.

 

All trophies remain the property of Staffordshire CPSA
